Location: the hotel was adjacent to Margate as well as Botany Bay. The staff were all amiable, which was unquestionably a plus.

The room and communal areas were impeccably clean, creating a welcoming and pleasant atmosphere. the owner was incredibly friendly and greeted us warmly upon our arrival. We were delighted to find a pretty garden on the property, which added to the overall peacefulness. We especially appreciated being allowed to check in early, making our stay even more convenient.
We felt completely secure during our stay and had no complaints.
